For iPhone X/XR/XS/Max

1. Install Protective Case:
First choose a well-lit environment to install your glass screen protector. Included is a free dual purpose transparent protective case that also acts as an installer guide frame which will help you with the alignment of the glass. Install the transparent case by clipping it to the back of your iPhone.
2. Clean Your Screen:
Please make sure your screen is completely clean and dust-free before installation. The adhesive will not properly install if there are any dirt or dust particles on the screen. You may use the included cleaning kit which comes with an alcohol wipe, microfiber cloth, and dust-removal stickers. Only use the alcohol wipe if your screen is really dirty. Otherwise, using the microfiber cloth to thoroughly clean your screen is enough. Lastly, use the dust-removal stickers to lift off any remaining dust particles.
3. Remove the Protective Film:
Peel away the back protective film to expose the adhesive side of the glass. Make sure to hold the glass by its edges so you don’t leave fingerprints.
4. Alignment:
Carefully align the glass to your screen starting with the top two corners and then the bottom two corners. You may illuminate your screen to better see the edges of the display.
4. Install:
Once properly aligned, gently press down or lay the glass on to the screen and the self-installing adhesive will do the rest. Run your fingers around the screen and push out any remaining bubbles towards the edges. You may continue using the transparent case or you can remove it to use another case. For iPhone 7/8/Plus

1. Clean Your Screen:

Notice the notch on one end of the installer guide frame, which indicates the top of the iPhone where the speaker is. Lay the installer guide frame on top of your iPhone. Lastly, use the dust-removal stickers to lift off any remaining dust particles.

2. Pre-Alignment with Guide Stickers:
You may use the included guide stickers to help with alignment. Affix half of the alignment guide stickers to the backside of the iPad. Align the glass to your screen and make sure the adhesive back side is facing away from you. You may illuminate your screen to better see the edges of the display. Affix the remaining half of the alignment guide stickers to the glass. You may affix a remover sticker to the underside of the glass to help you lift it up to remove the protective film.
3. Remove the Protective Film:
Once you have the preliminary alignment set with the guide stickers, you can now peel away the labeled back protective film to expose the adhesive side of the glass. Make sure to hold the glass by its edges so you don’t leave fingerprints.
4. Final Alignment:
Do a final visual alignment of the glass before you it lay down to the screen. Pay close attention to the corners and edges.
5. Install :
Once you are satisfied with the alignment, press down or gently lay the glass on to the screen and the self-installing adhesive will do the rest. If you see any bubbles, you may use a squeegee or your fingers to push them out toward the edges. Lastly, completely remove the alignment guide stickers and your installation is done.

For Nintendo Switch

1. Clean Your Screen:

1. Clean Your Screen:

Also, the stock soft protective film that came with your car on the first day of delivery needs to be to removed if you haven't done so already. Please make sure your windows are rolled up, “climate control” is turned off, and put your screen into “screen cleaning mode.” You may use the included cleaning kit which comes with an alcohol wipe, microfiber cloth, and dust-removal stickers. Only use the alcohol wipe if your screen is really dirty. Otherwise, using the microfiber cloth to thoroughly clean your screen is enough. Lastly, use the dust-removal stickers to lift off any remaining dust particles.
2. Alignment Sticker:
Included is an alignment sticker that can help with installation. Make sure the adhesive back side is facing away from you and the film removal tab is at the top. You can skip to the next step if you are confident enough to just use your eyes for alignment. If using the alignment sticker, affix half of it to the bottom of the bezel. You may also want to install a removal sticker to the top of the screen protector so you can lift it up to remove the protective film. Place the screen protector on to the screen and pay attention to all corners and edges for clearance. Leave enough of a gap at the top so you it will clear the bezel when you lift it up to remove the film later. Once you are satisfied with alignment, affix the remaining half of the stickers at the bottom to the screen protector.
3. Remove the Protective Film:
Once you have applied the alignment stickers, the next step is to remove the protective film to reveal the adhesive. Carefully lift the screen protector up by the top removal sticker you installed earlier. Make sure it clears the top screen bezel and look over the screen one last time to make sure there are no dust particles. Hold the screen protector by its edges so you don’t touch the adhesive side and gently peel away the protective film.
4. Final Alignment:
Do a final visual alignment of all corners and edges before you gently lay down the screen protector.
5. Press Down to Install:
Once satisfied with how everything lines up, press down gently and let the self-installing adhesive do the rest. Run your fingers around the edges of your screen to push out any bubbles. You may use a squeegee to push out any remaining bubbles toward the edges. If there are any bubbles that won't go away, you may gently lift up the screen protector from one corner with your finger tips to let out the air bubble. Lastly, remove the guide stickers and exit “screen cleaning mode.”

For Tesla Model 3/Y

1. Clean Your Screen:

The Model 3/Y screen has a slight curve at the bottom so make sure the curved side of the screen protector is also at the bottom and that the adhesive back side is facing away from you. When you are satisfied with alignment by matching up all 4 corners, fold over and affix the remaining half of the stickers to the front side of the screen protector.
3. Remove the Protective Film:
Peel away the labeled back protective film from the tab to expose the adhesive side of the glass. If you are using the alignment stickers, lift up the screen protector from the bottom and gently remove the film from the tab. Make sure to hold the glass by its edges so you don’t leave fingerprints.
4. Final Alignment:
Do a final visual alignment of all corners and edges before you gently lay down the screen protector.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Returns and Exchanges

You may return unopened products in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please email us the proof of purchase to request a return shipping label. The customer is asked to pay for the return shipping and the final shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund. Please ship us back the product and we will process your return once we receive the package.

Exchanges are accepted in its unopened original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please email us the proof of purchase if you would like to request an exchange. Warranty Policy

All Launch products are covered under a lifetime limited warranty. The warranty ensures that all products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and has a limit of one (1) free replacement per request. In order for Launch to process the warranty, the original purchaser must provide a copy of the purchase receipt, photos of the damages to the product, and may need to ship the damaged product back to Launch. Launch is not responsible for any shipping costs to return a damaged product.

Launch will replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge with an identical or similar Launch product. Launch reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice, and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued products. In the event that Launch is unable to replace the product with an identical Launch product (for example, because it has been discontinued), Launch will offer either a refund or provide a replacement of another product from Launchprotect.com in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the original purchase receipt.

This warranty does not apply to any product which has suffered through normal wear and tear, accident, alteration, improper installation, physical abuse, misuse or neglect. Damage resulting from an act of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters will be excluded. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied either in fact or by operations of law, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. In no event, whether based in contract or tort shall Launch be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Launch be liable for damage in excess of the purchase price.

How Do I Claim My Warranty?
